Download IDO configuration
From the main metadata table:
- Click on the button
- Click on the button
This will download the IDO file to your local computer.
Tip
- Downloaded IDO file contains information only on the slides currently visible in the main metadata table.
- This means that you can select which slides to download the IDO file for by using filters in the main metadata table.
IDO file downloaded from the CP Portal is a set CSV-based format, that contains only the following metadata columns per each WSI:

Download metadata as a CSV file
From the main metadata table:
- Click on the button
- Click on the button
This will download the CSV file to your local computer.
Tip
- Downloaded CSV file contains information only on the slides currently visible in the main metadata table as well as only the metadata columns which are currently visible in the metadata table.
- This means that you can select which slides to download the CSV file for by using filters in the main metadata table, and which columns will be exported for each slide by hiding and showing different columns.
Download PyPortal configuration
From the main metadata table:
- Click on the button
- Click on the button
This will download the PyPortal configuration file to your local computer.
Tip
- Downloaded PyPortal configuration file contains information only on the slides currently visible in the main metadata table.
- This means that you can select which slides to download the configuration file for by using filters in the main metadata table.
PyPortal configuration file downloaded from the CP Portal is a set YAML-based format, that contains only the following data:
- Project ID
- A list of slide IDs
