Download IDO configuration

---

From the main metadata table:

1. Click on the Export button
2. Click on the IDO button

This will download the IDO file to your local computer.

IDO file downloaded from the CP Portal is a set CSV-based format, that contains only the following metadata columns per each WSI:

Order	CP Portal Metadata Column	IDO Header Title
1	Slide filename with extension	FileName
2	Slide filename without extension	ImageName
3	Assay info	MarkerName
4	Block ID	CaseName
5	Indication	indication
6	Slide filename extension	FileExt
7	Slide folder path	ImagePath

Download metadata as a CSV file

1. Click on the Export button
2. Click on the CSV button

This will download the CSV file to your local computer.

Download PyPortal configuration

From the main metadata table:

1. Click on the Export button
2. Click on the PyPortal Config button

This will download the PyPortal configuration file to your local computer.

PyPortal configuration file downloaded from the CP Portal is a set YAML-based format, that contains only the following data:

• Project ID
• A list of slide IDs
