Annotation sets overview

Table operations
Annotations overview table supports the following operations:
- grouping
- sorting
- filtering
- rearranging (reordering)
- resizing
Filtering of the displayed entries
You can filter all entries by clicking on the more menu of the data column, and then clicking on the Filter tab in the pop-up panel. Filtering will be applied to both the groups and to entries within groups.
Sorting the displayed entries
To sort the table by individual columns click on the column header. This will sort the entries within the groups ascendingly. Second click on the same header will sort the entries within the groups descendingly. Third click will return to the default sorting order. Please note that sorting the groups is currently not supported.
Current sorting order will be indicated by an directional arrow in the column header of the column where the sorting has been applied.
Grouping the entries by slide-specific data
Simply drag a column header to the grouping row above it. You can group the entries either by slide filename or annotation set name. This will restructure the table to display the entries grouped by the selected column. By default the table is grouped by slide filename.
Please note that grouping is disabled for all other columns, including all the counter columns (annotation counters per class).
Rearranging the column order
You can rearrange the column order in the annotation sets table. Simply click and hold on a column header and then drag it left or right to rearrange the display order. The order will be reset if you navigate away from the project or refresh your browser.
Resizing of the columns
You can quickly resize the columns in the annotation sets table by clicking on the line separating two columns and dragging it left to shrink a column, or right to enlarge it. You can resize all columns in the table. Column sizes will be reset if you navigate away from the project or refresh your browser.
Expand and collapse all
You can quickly expand all grouped rows by toggling the
option. While this option is toggled on, all groups loaded afterwards will be automatically expanded. This means that all groups that you load by, for example, scrolling the Page down, will be expanded automatically without the need for you to do it manually.Similarly, you can collapse all expanded rows by cliking on the
button.Export table as CSV file
You can export the Annotations sets overview table as CSV. Only the visible part of the table will be exported, using the
principle. Specifically:- All loaded rows will be included
- Only rows matching current filters will be exported
- All expanded rows will be exported as expanded
- All collapsed rows will be exported as collapsed
- Only columns currently shown in the table will be exported
To export the table, simply click on the
button, and from the drop-down list select the option.
