The Computational Pathology Portal, or CP Portal and previously Definiens Portal, is a cloud-based platform that allows users to store, access, find, collaborate on, and share whole slide images. It gives scientists the possibility to manage exploratory projects comprised of whole slide imagery (WSI), to:

• upload and manage WSIs
• view and explore WSIs
• curate metadata of WSIs
• annotate WSIs (draw ground-truth labels)
• access WSIs as input for image analysis
• visualize and explore image analysis results
